Energy

We undertake projects in both the traditional energy sector and the renewables market. While Cubis is firmly focused on delivering a sustainable future we believe we can also improve our existing energy infrastructure by working with clients to implement low carbon schemes and improvements.

Industrial

This market covers a wide spectrum of work from commercial developments to complex engineering schemes. As with a lot of sectors there are inevitable cross overs. Having  good transferrable skills are key to adapting.

Infrastructure

Our company was founded on a background of infrastructure construction. The skills and knowledge gained over 30 years in this market have made the business what it is, flexible and responsive.

Regeneration

This sector can cover all the other sectors in one project. Having experience in brownfield schemes and the challenges such work brings is key to being able to undertake varied projects for clients and tackle the known and emergent issues that regeneration can bring.

Principal Designer

At Cubis we perform the role of Principal Designer in accordance with the CDM Regulations, working with numerous clients. We excel in coordinating your design partners, contractors, and the broader project team, fostering clear and efficient communication throughout the project lifecycle. We produce the collated H&S file in formats which suit each client and tackle the modern challenges of information accessibility.

Commercial Management

We offer commercial management throughout all phases of a project including procurement, monitoring of performance, and assessing valuations. We review and  agree any changes to scope and the implementation of the contract’s conditions. Our team control the cost of the project in a proactive manner ensuring that all stakeholders understand the outcome of the decisions made.

Contract Administration

Performing this role on behalf of our clients with experience in many forms of contract.

Design Management

Coordination and control of designers and disciplines. Ensuring communication and information sharing throughout the project.

Programme Management

Managing a suite of projects for the client where an overview of the bigger picture is required to ensure efficiencies and wider targets are achieved.

Construction Management

This can range for ad hoc inspection to full-time on-site management. We have experienced supervisors available for most main types of work.

Commissioning services

Specialist engineers to work with vendors and clients to test and commission complex equipment prior to contract completion.
