His values and approach are the core of Cubis.
At Cubis we are not corporate giants. We are real people who are interested in you as a client, focused on providing the best service possible.
As we don’t have a set way to deliver work to clients, we are genuinely flexible to how we work. This can be part time, remotely, full time, project by project or partnerships.
Built around you
We don’t force our processes onto clients. We take the time to learn what you want and how you would like it delivered.
We undertake projects in both the traditional energy sector and the renewables market. While Cubis is firmly focused on delivering a sustainable future we believe we can also improve our existing energy infrastructure by working with clients to implement low carbon schemes and improvements.
This market covers a wide spectrum of work from commercial developments to complex engineering schemes. As with a lot of sectors there are inevitable cross overs. Having good transferrable skills are key to adapting.
Our company was founded on a background of infrastructure construction. The skills and knowledge gained over 30 years in this market have made the business what it is, flexible and responsive.
This sector can cover all the other sectors in one project. Having experience in brownfield schemes and the challenges such work brings is key to being able to undertake varied projects for clients and tackle the known and emergent issues that regeneration can bring.
Whether working as part of an integrated team or providing individual services, Cubis provides technical excellence, multi sector expertise, and ISO9001 accredited processes developed over 30 years. We build strong relationships through great communication allowing projects to develop with confidence. Our experienced managers provide independent, determined, and responsive control of your project far beyond the construction or delivery of a contract. We deliver projects focused on the key elements of safety, time, cost, and quality while doing this in an ethical , respectful manner.
At Cubis we perform the role of Principal Designer in accordance with the CDM Regulations, working with numerous clients. We excel in coordinating your design partners, contractors, and the broader project team, fostering clear and efficient communication throughout the project lifecycle. We produce the collated H&S file in formats which suit each client and tackle the modern challenges of information accessibility.
We offer commercial management throughout all phases of a project including procurement, monitoring of performance, and assessing valuations. We review and agree any changes to scope and the implementation of the contract’s conditions. Our team control the cost of the project in a proactive manner ensuring that all stakeholders understand the outcome of the decisions made.

Our list of services above is not exhaustive, we can offer assistance in many other fields including planning, training, project reviews and general support.
